Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This policy explains how Zenmo ("Zenmo", "we") handles personal data when you visit www.getzenmo.com or communicate with us. Zenmo is a business-to-business company working with publishers and advertisers, and this website does not operate consumer services.
Data we collect
- Contact form. Name, email address, company, website and the message you send us, together with your IP address, browser user agent and the page the form was submitted from. We use this to respond to you and to record the conversation.
- Correspondence. Emails and other messages you send us, including attachments.
- Business relationships. Where you are a publisher, advertiser or partner, the contact and billing details necessary to perform our agreement with your company.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and follow up on them.
- To perform and administer contracts with publishers, advertisers and partners, including statements and invoicing.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent abuse of the contact form.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.
Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and compliance with law. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making about individuals.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, accounting and invoicing tools), with professional advisers, and where required by law. Providers are bound by contract to protect the data.
International transfers
Zenmo is based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data. Where data is processed elsewhere, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Contractual and billing records are kept for the period required by Israeli tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@getzenmo.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege practices appropriate to the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and if we become aware of a breach affecting you we will notify you as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
